Prices
Prices that appear may change in case of restocking. Offers are limited to items in stock. Quantities may be limited. We are not responsible for typographical errors. In-store pricing is final in cases of conflict with the web site. No offers are made to shoppers under 21 years old or in jurisdictions where sales of wines and spirits by this channel are illegal.

Cached Data
We are not responsible for data displayed on cached web servers. Some search engines and Internet providers cache data on their systems, which is like taking a picture of the web page at the time they looked at it. This data might not change till the next time they index the site, which could be several weeks if not longer. To make sure you are not looking at out-of-date data make sure it doesn't say, "cached" anywhere on the page or hit the refresh button a couple of times (especially important for AOL users).

ALL ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE SOLD IN CALIFORNIA AND TITLE PASSES TO THE BUYER
IN CALIFORNIA. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines into any state outside California. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of alcoholic beverage products. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver the wines and/or spirits in accordance with such order to you. The
buyer assumes all risks with regards to this service

Legal Age
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES MAY BE SOLD AND DELIVERED ONLY TO PERSONS WHO ARE AT
LEAST 21 YEARS OLD AND IN PLACING YOUR ORDER YOU REPRESENT TO US THAT YOU ARE AT
LEAST 21 YEARS OLD AND THE PERSON WHOM DELIVERY WILL BE MADE TO IS AT LEAST 21
YEARS OLD. When your alcoholic beverages are delivered, the person receiving delivery
will be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old.

Use and Disclosure of Your Information
We do not and will not disclose your private, personally identifiable information to any third party for any purpose without your prior consent. However, we do reserve the right to disclose your personal information if required to do so by law, or in the good faith belief that such action is
reasonably necessary to comply with legal process, respond to claims, or to protect the rights, property or safety of our company, its employees, customers, or the public.

Weather Issues
Wide temperature differentials (hot or cold) can damage wine. Although none of us here can predict the weather, we try to make an effort to be conscious of extreme weather conditions across the country. However, you know your local weather best. If you are concerned about weather conditions, please let us know and we will delay your shipment until you advise us otherwise. Because weather conditions can change drastically at any time, we assume no
liability for damage caused by changes in weather during transportation. The buyer assumes all risks with regards to this issue. Green Jug and UPS are not responsible for damaged wines due to weather conditions.

Shipping Rate
We offer UPS shipping. Shipping prices include the price of labor, insulated styrofoam shippers and charges levied by UPS. You may choose any available couriers, which we will engage in your behalf, or use your own account with any carrier. Green Jug does not profit from shipping charges.

Older Wines
We do our best to insure proper temperature-controlled storage and provenance. However, we cannot be responsible for wines older than 5 years from the latest vintage. This is a wine industry standard.

Cancelled Orders
Orders once processed are subject to a 5% cancellation charge. We incur labor costs, fees for processing your credit card, and fees for crediting your credit card.

Wine prices quoted are mix or match case lots (12 bottles) and are subject to our confirmation. We reserve the right to correct any errors.
